• Candidate has to answer customers quires over the mail for various reasons- answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information, providing solutions to the customer & helping them in their problems.
• Excellent communication both Verbal & Written
• South Indian Languages (Kannada/ Malayalam/ Tamil) Hindi added advantage.
