• Candidate should have an understanding of Infrastructure components and respective alerts.
• Record all interactions through call, email or chat in the Ticketing System. Resolve issues under support boundaries and route issues beyond the scope to the respective Support Groups.
• Knowledge of the functioning and configuration of the Microsoft Exchange clients.
• Knowledge of Antivirus deployment and update, patch management, monitoring and reporting.
Desktop, Laptop, Handheld devices: Knowledge of build management, OS deployment, common application installation and troubleshooting, Hardware knowledge.
• Experience on ITSM tools like HPSM, BMC Remedy, Service Now, CA Service Desk, Monitoring Tools.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A.
