• Male Candidate has to provide L1 support to the end user on IT related issue and experience on Microsoft OS Windows Xp/7/8.X, 10 etc.
• Monitoring on Anti-virus update & Patch update in the user system.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Windows 8 / 10 and desktop products.
• User account maintenance like password reset & unlock, disabling the accounts of resign users, providing the different rights to user (power user or admin rights) based on the requirement.
