Job Description:
• Candidate has to drive the recruiting process through requirement gathering, building sourcing strategy, screening, selection, and closure process.
• Drive the sourcing agenda to meet the recruitment target using new age recruiting techniques like the internet, social and professional networking sites to identify and source right candidates.
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
• Provides payroll processing backup support by partnering with accounting and payroll to maintain the payroll database
Administer compensation and benefit plans and provide day-to-day benefits administration services and assist employees with any claim issues
• Assist with the implementation of the performance management system and employee development programs
Salary: INR 1,50,000 – 3,50,000 P.A. As Per company standard
