Job Description:
* Candidate has to prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, Dashboards, SLA reports, SLA PPT decks, coordinating with engagement team in getting the data & circulating the same to the team.
* Ability to work on deadlines and follow up for closure.
* Support all ad-hoc report request received from different Stakeholder (Internal & External).
* Day to Day report to be provided as per the requirement of the internal customers.
* Analytical approach – Interpreting reports & Highlighting deviations
* Analysis of business information to identify process improvement for increasing efficiency and accuracy
* Ability to churn employee data as and when required by the management.
* Liaise with the various stakeholders for providing the required reports as per their requirement.
* Maintain professional relationship with the clients and other relevant stakeholders, establishes Personal
Salary: INR 1,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A.
