• Candidate has to generate Production related MIS reports for analysis.
• Create customized staffing model for each customer/account site on a given transcription platform based on detailed site job flow analysis.
• Generate capacity related utilization and efficiency reports.
• Create dashboard/template to track the progress made.
• Conducts through users analysis and provide primary and secondary utilization of resources.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
