• Candidate will be responsible for management of Rental properties for clients in United States (US).
• Ensure timely Rent collections, Property Maintenance, Rentals of Vacant Properties, Customer Service, Payments of Taxes and Insurance, Accounting Tasks etc. are handled by the associates.
• Adherence to procedures and compliance requirements for rental properties in US.
• Process Documentation of updates, minutes of meetings, management reporting, etc.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 – 5,50,000 P.A.
